If you have a medical condition that requires you to bring medical supplies, explain what you have at the main entrance. You will be directed to the medical area from the main entrance where your supplies can be kept or administered.
Yes, Rockfest is an all-ages show. In no way is Rockfest child friendly and we encourage you to leave the kids at home. Should you decide to bring a child, the child will need a ticket.

You will need to have the following with you to pick up your will call tickets: ID, confirmation number and credit card used to purchase. If for some reason we can’t find your tickets with your ID, we can use your confirmation number, if your confirmation number isn’t noted correctly, we can look up the purchase with your credit card.
If you have lost your tickets, you will need to contact AXS customer service (888-929-7849) BEFORE you get to the on-site box office. Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued unless the account is noted.

Limited mobility viewing platforms will be provided for both stages. This will be accessible to persons in wheelchairs along with one guest.

ADA parking is available and will be located on the west side of the speedway and festival entrance. Please follow signs for accessible parking.

Warning: Counterfeit tickets, VIP passes, etc. are common at Rockfest. Please be sure to purchase tickets from AXS only for guaranteed entry into the festival.

The will-call window will be on site at the speedway and clearly marked once entering the speedway parking lot. The will-call and box office will open at 9 a.m.
